Badam halwa
Ingredients
Badam-1 cup (skin peeled)
Sugar-11/4 cup
Milk-2 tablespoon
Ghee-3 tablespoon
Water-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder
Method
Finely grind the badam with milk
Prepare sugar syrup with 1/2 cup of water
Add the ground badam paste and stir well to avoid any lumps.
stir continuously this mixture so that it does not stick to the pan.

Ingredients
Groundnut-2 cups
Milk-2 cups
Sugar-1cup
Gee-2 tablespoon
Cardamom powder- 1/2tsp

Method
Clean the groundnut & remove its coating
Grind the groundnut coarsely
Add powdered groundnut, sugar & gee in the milk
Keep it on fire and stir continuously.
When it becomes thick, add cardamom powder

Pineapple halwa
Ingredients
Ripen pineapple-1 medium
Sugar-4 cups
Ghee-3 tablespoons
Condensed milk-3 tablespoons

Method
Put 11/2 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add finely chopped pineapple
Cook for 10-12 minutes on simmer and continuously stir it(no need to add water)
Sprinkle the rest of the ghee little by little

Ingredients
Walnut-100 gm
Sugar-100 gm
Elachi powder-1/2 teaspoon
Cashew nut-50 gm
Gee-6 tablespoon
Milk-100 ml
Method
Grind the walnut in mixi
Add milk to the walnut powder & mix it(idly mavu consistency)
Heat ghee in Pan & add the mix
Add sugar and stir it
After it reaches the halwa consistency ,add Elachi powder & fried cashews in it

Ingredients
Beetroot-1/2kg
Milk Kova-1/2 kg
Oil-100 ml
Sugar-1/4 kg
Elachi powder-1teaspoon
Cashew nut-50 gm
Gee-200 gm

Method
Heat ghee,oil in Pan ,add the flour and roast till the flour become brownish.
Add the shredded beetroot and fry it

Ingredients
Atta-1 cup
Ghee-1 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup

Method
Heat ghee in Pan ,add the flour and roast till the flour become brownish. Keep stirring continuously
Prepare syrup using water & sugar
Now add the syrup into the pan slowly, stirring continuously
Cook for a few minutes till it reaches the halwa consistency (leaves the sides of pan)

Milk-1L

Ingredients

Yellow Pumpkin-1/4 kgs
Sugar -3/4cup
Gee-2 tablespoon

Method
Peel and shred the chow chow & yellow pumpkin
Fry the shredded vegetables in gee
Add sugar to it & mix Thoroughly
After it comes to halwa consistency ,add some gee & mix again
